In the words of Sally Fields (I think), "They like me! They really like me!"
After over a year of volunteering with no real connection administratively to FOC, I'm now in an official role. Not much will change, it's just nice to have this feel of permanance and responsibility within the church body and with church leadership. My role should expand beyond general web development to some participation in print media such as the bulletin and newsletter as well. I look forward to getting FOC up-to-date and more inviting to the general public.
I am so glad to have you on board with us "officially". Though you receive no compensation for your efforts, I want you to know that your value to FOC and to the cause that we have chosen to be apart of is greater than you can imagine. I am sure that over these next few weeks and months, you will be blessed to see the fruit of your labor and to know, in a practical way, that PAPA has blessed you BIG!! This is my "building prayer" He has given me for you ;)
I also want to say publicly that I am proud to be a part of the development of this new site. Every time that I get on here, I am pleased that we spent the time and effort to get it done. BUT, I honor you above all, BAM, because if you had not insisted that we could do it, call me and email me incessantly, stay after me to look at what you had completed and generally, make me get on the ball - well, I think we would have that old site up still and I would NOT be recommending anyone I know to "check us out on the web"!
